The theme of the 8th IAWRT ASIAIN WOMEN”S FESTIVAL in 2012 is MEDIATION, MOVEMENTS AND MEMORIES. The selection of films will explore influences, issues and ideas shaping Asian identities and experiences, offering new perspectives on the contemporary world. Apart from the general program, there will be three curated sections focusing on women directors from Hong Kong, Japan and Turkey. A fourth package will be of films about contemporary childhood.
The India Chapter of the International Association of Women in Radio and Television will be hold festival at the India International Centre, New Delhi, on March 5,6 and 7, 2012.
